Story behind success...

As a child my grandmother Bell-Lee shared her love and passion of baking cakes with me. When my grandmother passed on, I missed the taste of her homemade delights and attempted to replicate her recipes. After several years, I found my niche in baking cheesecakes. Initially I started baking cheesecakes for my family and friends, and shortly thereafter I started to receive orders by the dozen. Since then I've gained knowledge and experience in the studies of baking and pastry Arts under some of Michigan's premier bakers. I bake delicious made to order cheesecakes for any and every occasion. I welcome you to taste the love and passion that was gifted to me, to now be gifted to you. LB.
